Evaluating housing and health care options and assisting with those applications

Informing seniors' and family members of services available in the community

Review and pay bills, assess transactions for reasonableness
Record income and assure expected revenues are received

Assist the newly single with bookkeeping and financial transactions

File Payroll tax forms for household help

Outline options for long-term care, medicare/medigap, and life insurance

Coordinate investment, legal, and healthcare services
